A solid restaurant with more potential. Most dishes were absolutely stand out! The depth of flavor and balance was stunning. The Eggplant course seemed like a miss though and was too tart. The beef and amadai courses were some of the best I've had. Service was generally good but not exceptional. I had some oyster juice spilled on me, and they didn't clean after courses. Also we ordered sourdough extra and the final course came with sourdough. They should have told us we'd be getting it. Overall great experience though would come back again. Very cool sustainability take.

We had high expectations since it was nominated for James Beard Awards. We got the tasting menu ($120) and my boyfriend got the wine paring ($55). Service was great, most of the food tastes good, wine paring was good. Docking one star because: 1. Portion size was really small (we left still hungry, but it looks like Ala carte serving size was normal) 2. The salad plate I got had two leaves 🍃 and just a bunch of sauce 😫 3. Tasting menu does not include desserts 🥲 We did get a cute complimentary lychee sorbet since it was our anniversary. That was very cute we appreciate it :’)

What an incredible food journey! Our party tried both the standard and the vegan tasting menu’s which were both amazing. The restaurant had a beautiful decor. Each dish felt like a lot of time and energy went into creating something unique. The wait staff are very knowledgeable and professional! We recommend everyone to try this gem of a restaurant!

The perfect spot for a celebration. The restaurant is beautiful and quaint seemingly tucked away from the world. The tasting menu has two options, original and vegetarian, both are exquisite. In terms of drink pairings they have wine, local libations and non alcoholic. We tried the local pairing and non alcoholic and were nothing but impressed. The service was incredible and we were able to watch the kitchen prep each of our dishes. The pace of the meal was excellent, you never waited too long and you also never felt rushed.

We had the tasting menu, and it was absolutely out of this world. High-quality cuisine definitely at the height of the best international restaurants. Using local food from Hawaii served in French inspired recipes gave this menu a magical discovery adventure. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an out of ordinary Culinary experience. We were lucky enough to sit in front of the kitchen and were able to see the preparation in an immersive experience. All the way! Service was also amazing with the charming Shelby! Visited this on my birthday in January 2024. The food was from the chef table tasting menu list, and extremely creative! Was excited to try out the creations. The Mozzarella/Beets/Nori was one of my top choices, followed by the Leeks/Vichyssoise/Mac nuts. Great dessert too with the sweet potato creation (Mont Blanc). Exceptional drinks + service by the waitress and bartender, who made sure our experience was spot on. The experience was pricey, but well worth it. Would definitely return here again if in the area.

I had the most amazing experience at nature waikiki, Vegan tasting menu with the Non Alcoholic pairing was created to perfection. Each dish showcased creative flavors and textures, ingredient selection included flavors which are native to the island and organically grown. The ambiance and attentive service where each dish and drink were given a breakdown added to the overall delightful dining journey. A must-visit for anyone seeking a gourmet vegan dining experience!

Best vegan food in Honolulu! This restaurant deserves a lot of credit, especially for vegan food. The dishes are loaded with flavors. Each dish contains a number of local veggies and herbs and has unique characteristics. It is recommended to make reservations ahead of time. There are two types of menus: tasting menu and a la carte menu. You can choose only one type. Even in the case of groups, a mix and match between tasting and a-la-carte is not allowed. For the tasting menu, I will recommend sitting on the bar top, if in small group. It is fun to watch the artwork. We dined here for 3 consecutive nights. We tried vegan and were not disappointed at all. Staff is friendly. Highly recommended for vegan/vegetarian lovers or meat lovers.
